Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing team in Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming. This role is pivotal in crafting our social media strategy, enhancing our brand presence online, and engaging our diverse customer base. You will collaborate with various departments, influence product launches, and play a key role in driving our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies that align with Tech Connect’s marketing goals.
- Manage and curate content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance brand identity and customer engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics, adjusting strategies based on performance data.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online community interactions with professionalism and agility.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to promote products and company initiatives.
- Organize and manage social media projects, collaborations with influencers, and other initiatives that increase visibility and engagement.
- Organize and conduct social media training sessions for internal staff to enhance overall social media comprehension and strategy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how they impact social media outreach.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in video creation and editing is a plus.
